Michael Greene, LCSWA

Therapy is a place for learning and rediscovering ourselves. We learn to examine ourselves and come to a greater understanding of the reasons we do the things we do. We learn to identify things we wish to change and those with which we simply want to make peace. We learn to nurture our gifts, our purpose, and discover greater meaning and inner strength through our relationships with ourselves and others.

My work focuses on supporting individuals and families through psychotherapy and behavioral health integration in primary care settings. I use a variety of modalities in my work with clients including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, analytic therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapeutic treatment designed to alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories.
